| Proposed Reg. 149856-03. Sections 151/152 control which parent gets child dependency - not state court orders or divorce decrees. I can't seem to get the text imported - may be Tim can do it.

| Interesting regulation. The proposed regs would have us count the number of nights of actual custody, instead of number of days.

| Might actually be easier to count. How do you count half a day. Can get really crazy with trying to count days down to the actual hour. Of course which year does the night of 12/31-1/1 go into?
