Own summer cottage and 1/13th of association land that it is on. The tax bill is broken out into : Land tax, personal property tax, building tax.

All are paid to the city bases on assessed value and paid yearly. Can we deduct all three on our schudle A? Thank you

I can't think of any reason not to deduct all three parts of this tax bill. Personal property tax goes on Schedule A line 7, while the real estate taxes go on line 6. I'm curious what the personal property tax is for, though.
