| I am looking for a copy or example of a simple stock option plan that upon sale, gives key personnel stock options thatr will trigger say effective the day prior to the sale. I guess this is more of a golden parachute arrangement.
Does anyone have a sanitized version of anything like this they'd be willing to share? | |
