| Not sure if its okay to ask this here... however, anyone who uses ProSeries ever have the beginning balance sheet on a 1065 go out of balance on a 06 to 07 transfer? Its the capital account. Not sure if there is some year-end closing I'm supposed to do. If you can help, thanks... otherwise I'll wait until Monday when they open.

| I think this happened ten days ago or so in a MMLLC filing as 1065 where I was keeping basis worksheets. Look at each partner's K-1 worksheet and any basis statements for I saw it there.
