Anybody out there having trouble increasing their pay-per-return? ProSeries internet is down and when I call the Tech line, I am put on hold and I have been waiting close to 40 minutes on hold. The return I am working on has to be ready for my client today yet I cannot print it out. Anyone experiencing the same problem and if so what is the solution?

Ok folks, seems I am the only person who uses the pay per return as I have no responses to me question. Does anyone out there need to increase their pay per return account today?

I had a similar problem trying to register Quickbooks. Ended up spending an hour listening to music before I talked to Bangalore. Ser Doyle will know, but I think early daylight savings time is giving them fits.

Hi Bogie,

I just posted the same question regarding Proseries pay per return. I am having the same problem - cannot increase my pay per return account, therefore cannot print returns!!! Urgggg - I have one to get out priority on Monday! I hope it is fixed soon. Let me know if you find anything out. I will do the same.

Hi, Saw your messages and tried to increase my pay per return account at 8:10 P.M. EST and received the same mesaage. I wanted to e-file some S Corp returns that are due 3/15.

P.S. I relieved to know that I am not the only one working on a Saturday night.

I just tried to increase my pay per return and it is still giving the message to call tech support. (6:45pm AZ) I had a similar thing happen last year and when I called tech support they increased my PPR over the phone. Said they were having an unusually high volume and couldn't keep up. It didn't last more than a day if I remember right. I need to print out some returns for Monday so will be calling as soon as they open tomorrow to try to get through.

I always call. Sometimes I'm put through to customer service if they are having a problem.

Blrg - Why don't you use the quick online method of increasing PPR?

I use online too. Quick, easy & rarely a problem
