| Where can I find a generic privacy policy to include with my client's tax returns? I just came back from the IRS seminars in Las Vegas and that was said to be required. | |

| Following is the privacy policy disclosure I include in the engagement letter I send with the tax organizers to each client. Hope it is helpful.

| These privacy policy's are required to be given to your client's annually. Your tax software may also have a generic policy that could be included with your tax organizers. That is when I send mine out as well- on 12/31 every year. I do not use the one provided by the tax software but I would have a hard time pasting mine in here - it is on another computer all together. | |

| Thank you so much for that info Jd. It's a pain in the butt to and a waste of paper to send out those notices that just get thrown in the trash. | |
