| Have Indiana resident with PA NRK -1 for PA - (K-1 from 1065) All their wages are coming through as taxable, I just want the info from the K-1 to come through - when I zero out the wages then I get tax forgiveness - Is this right? They have line 1 PA business income of 4543 and guaranteed payments of 4036- Thanks | |

| Someone help me out on this recently. There are boxes on PA40 worksheet second column to check if not PA income. Maybe that will help. | |

| Thanks - I just figured out that I can check the box "not to activate the tax forgiveness" I will check the PA site to see about this | |

| No forgiveness....stupid software opens it up for everyone almost.
PA software on Proseries allows you to eliminate the Sch C, the U-E (2106) and does not bring over A or B, but try finding where to get rid of Sch E Rent. | |

| Thanks DT - that is what I thought - no forgiveness - stupid Prseries is bringing forward W-2s with IN in the box also - is also just picking up the business income from K-1 and not the guaranteed payments ?? | |
