Hey, I'm just glad it wasn't me.

I think it's a pretty normal cycle for the board. Some posters don't come back until Jan.

There are still lots of interesting things to talk about. Did you catch Hartman v. Commissioner T.C. Memo. 2008-124? 137 pages packed with action. Tax Shelters! Fraud! Unethical IRS Attorneys! Sanctions! Coming soon to a theater near you! Just wait until you get to the part where terrorists seize control of the Tax Court. It'll blow your mind!

Not I -- too busy to get the blues. Earlier this year I had asked how people determine if they're at capacity or not. Well, I figured it out -- I'm there.

I'm still busy, but more so back to being the bassist for the Terry Fator show and others, I love staying busy, and I do it all without coffee!

How about a chaser for the blues, like a blue screen of death... I am discovering that I never really mastered Windows... I am using off-site storage now. Natalie, shhhh, you'll have everyone moving to HI. There's no zing here in Atlanta it doesn't seem. Too dependent on real estate (well, there was very little real about it). Call it paper, lot of paper. So, we seem to be in a hangover mode.

RD: I feel like a Columbus without a new world to find.

The only reason I was able to push five or six returns out last this past week is because Spring never sprang here....cloudy, gloomy and very cool. We are too near the cold Atlantic to see a real warm up, but then again the October 15th deadline happens at the best time of year as the ocean is warmer than the land.
