| Hoser, this is specifically not allowed. The election to apply the overpayment is irrevocable. | |

| Are there additional estimated payments scheduled for 2008 ? Why not reduce the June 15th estimated payment by the amount of the overpayment applied . That's a little more than a month away . | |
