| If memory serves me PPC has a guide for write-up services. Their books include engagement letter samples.

| Thank you for your response and PPC is a wonderful resource for so many things. However, right now I cannot afford to subscribe and was hoping for a resource that was available, cheap, as in free. Hate to ask, but...

| Search Google for: "engagement letter" (or "sample engagement letters", "engagement letter" bookkeeping, etc.) You will find many samples that you can use to create your own bookkeeping/write-up letter.

| May also want to check with your liability insurance carrier for examples. CAMICO has numerous sample engagement letters.
