I just picked up a NC LLC that elected S status. I assume I file the 1120S and

NC corporate return. What are my filing requirements with the state of NC as far as annual report and filing fees. Any help would be appreciated.

NC LLCs pay a 200 annual report fee. see link http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/corporations/corpfaq.aspx
