| A relatively new nonprofit client recently gave me their IRS determination letter. I'm wrapping up the 990 and just noticed their advance ruling period ended 6/30/07. Of course, the support schedule is due within 90 days after the ruling period ends. What happens if that schedule has not been filed yet? (I'm crossing my fingers and hoping they did it.)

| Whew! Fortunately client did receive the Form 8734 from the IRS and sent it in just before they engaged me.
