Hello - are non-profit corporations required to discloe compiled financial statements to the public? I know they are required to disclose 990s but I wasn't sure about monthly financial statements.

Feffcpa,

Please fill out a profile.

To answer your question: I am not aware of a monthly financial statement reporting requirement for non-profits, so no.

I am also not aware of any requirements to do so, but in my experience, they generally do (think annual reports or grant applications, etc.).
