| no - lots of threads on Medicare part B, same reasoning for part A, I think it even says in one of the pubs NO.

| Jake: there are at least two long discussions on the part B topic, with at one person saying 'yes' and with Dennis saying nothing is clear, and me on the fence also. I would think Part D would fall into these too. If I recall, Riley writes that the premiums would be reimbursable by a C Corp, but do a search. It all turns on whether Medicare is a subsidized plan.

| I remember those discussions re Part B. I thought it turned on whether you could characterize Medicare as being medical insurance established by the business. There is a differecne between Part B and Part D. Part B is a government plan. Part D is more like Medicare Supplement insurance. You are dealing with private companies.
