I have two questions about a client's s-corp K-1. He was listed as a material particpant as per the PY tax return. I doubt that he was since he is an ER doctor. My question is this, if he is a MP does he have to have W-2 wages from the company? He is a 15% owner.

The other relates to the same K-1. There is a code Q (Employer's W-2 wages) under other deductions box 12. I've never seen this before. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
