| Do you charge differently when you're couple client chooses to file MFS as opposed to MFJ? My new couple client came over from another accountant who charged them double for basically doing 2 returns. Maybe a higher charge is understood if you split real estate properties, and primary deductions, etc. but he charged as if each MFS return was its own. | |

| They are two seperate returns. I also charge for two returns instead of one. | |
