| Question 1 - If someone lives in Wyoming (where there are no state taxes) for the entire year and earns income from a Colorado company, in which the company withholds CO state tax, does he have to file a CO return? and if so, will he be taxed on all of his CO income?
Question 2 - What if the same individual lives in CO part year and WY part year and earns all his income from CO? Thanks for your help!

Is the work being performed in CO, if so - regardless of where the person lives the CO wages or earned income will be taxed by Colorado. I would suggest that you read the CO instructions for non-residents or part year residents. Although I did not look into the instructions it should provide guidance.
