| Wondering how well Proseries and other accounting products <quickbooks> work at this time with Vista and more importantly, with Linux.
I am more interested in the Linux than Vista as the machines being sold with the Linux system tend to much more inexpensive. Thanks, Fred | |

| My tax products (ATX) all work great with Vista, back to 2002 program, although vendor only supports 2006 and 2007 tax years I think. ATX accounting packages (both versions) work fine with Vista. For QB, it was necessary to upgrade to 2007 QB package, and it works great. It was a pain converting to Vista, but I think it works much better and much faster than XP. Have not had any experience with Linux, but interested in others' comments. -Bob | |

| I run Lacrete 1998-2006 no major problems that can't be worked around. 2007 seems to be fully compatible. Also, I run QuickBooks 2007 & 2008 with no problems. I keep 2006 and before on an older CPU. | |
