Hi,

I have a LLC incorporated in DC. Starting this year I will be taxed as a S-Corp. So far I only paid Federal and VA personal income taxes and begun (Started estimated payments)filing the D-30 Unincorporate Business Francise taxes for DC. Would you happen to know if these are the only tax return I should be filing?

Hi,

I have a client that is resident of VA and owns an LLC incorporated in DC. This year he will be taxed as S-Corp. I had him file D-30 (Unicorporated Business Franchise Tax) for DC and 1040 for VA. Does he have to change his filing for VA since this year is an S-Corp?
