| S Corp filed and marked final return on its 1120S since used clothing store closed its doors in middle of 2005. Accrued my fees incurred in 2006 into 2005. Dissolved and filed Form966 (Corp. Dissolution). on 3/22/06 so in the eyes of the IRS Corp. is dissolved. My fees that were paid in 2006 would normally be reported on a 1099-Misc however since the corporation no longer exits I assuming no 1099 reporting is required correct? | |
