The complete version of the Internal Revenue Code on TaxAlmanac has now been updated as follows:

GOZA

The "Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005" (H.R. 4440, PL 109-135) has now been applied to the Internal Revenue Code on TaxAlmanac.

KETRA

Minor changes between the previous import of the "Katrina Emergency Tax Relief Act of 2005" (H.R. 3768, PL 109-73) and the public law version have now been applied to the Internal Revenue Code on TaxAlmanac.

TIPRA & HERO

Congress recently passed the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 and the Heroes Earned Retirement Opportunities Act. Changes to the Internal Revenue Code will be applied once the public law version is released. Until then, please refer to the TIPRA article and the HERO article for summaries of the provisions and links to supporting documents.
