| Please help! My client had an intenet to incor partnership into C in 2006, which has never happened. C Corp filed 0 return for 2006. In 2007 my client was operated under C corp name because he thought that his lawyer incorp. the partnership. Now I have 2 bank accounts under partneship and C corp name. Income/expenses were deposited/paid out of both accounts.
How many tax return do I have to prep? Can I take a position that "the intend was to incorp" and file C corp with all income/expenses and file partnership as "final" in 2007? What other paperwork I have to do clean this mess? Samala | |
