| Since the time Ikon of Jesus' Left Toe fell on head of Czar Varyag Rurik Green Pea, it has been well known that Internal Revenue Code is already written in Russian, and some parts appear to be written in Chinese. No need to translate! Why do I know this? Because it is impossible to read Code now, so must be Russian or Chinese that U.S. Congress is speaking when they make code. But, you may want copy printed in Russia.

| Seriously, Etwa, I would expect that some large companies located in Russia do have a translated IRC. It might be possible to contact them and find out how they acquired them. Of course, they could have a full time translator on staff.
Otherwise, I think it would be very difficult to find this. Have you asked Dsglouise here? She is from Russia. Good luck. It think it will be hard to find. P.S.: Thanks, MEMCPA, I now have a good idea of the limitations of Alta Vista bable fish!!! | |
