Is IRC 179 set to be repealed or reduced in 2007?


Can used equipment purchased be 179ed or does it have to be new?

Used equipment ok for 179 as long as it is purchased and placed in service in the same year. Can't recall, but don't think it is reduced in 2007 - for sure not repealed. Believe it is 112k for 2007.
