IF HE IS A FULL-TIME STUDENT, THERE IS NO INCOME LIMIT-JUST NOTE THAT HE MAY NOT GET AS MUCH OF A REFUND BY LETTING HIS PARENTS CLAIM HIM (DEPENDING ON THE INCOME HE MAKES)
