Who reviews the returns in your firm of new employees whose work quality you haven't determined yet? Is it another employee? If so, do they do anything else other than review returns (eg. if they don't have enough review work in the season to get paid enough)? How are they compensated? Is it a % cut of the reviewees's pay for the return or hourly or a combination?

Currently, I am reviewing the work of new employees but I am too busy to do that and need to hand it over to a new employee to be hired. I'd like to know what compensation methods have worked for you especially, if the reviewer also has the task of doing some returns by himself/herslef. Any problems with having 2 different payouts -- one for reviewing and another for "their own" returns?
