| Started preparaing for a Homeowneers Association, and just received an IRS notice regarding a 2005 Form 1120 return prepared by the previous firm. Easiest resolution would be to amend the 1120 filing (Complex form, don't understand why the firm charged a fee that well exceeded the de mimimis excess tax due on the 1120-H) with a 2005 Form 1120-H. Don't know if this is possible. Is there a way to amend a prior year 1120 with a 1120-H? Thank you. | |
