| Thank you for this forum. It has been quite beneficial for me. I'm a CPA in Tennessee and practice as a sole-proprietor. I have been a sole-proprietor for 12 years. I run my practice from my home. The practice is small, but my clients always find a way to complicate our lives, both mine and theirs. My practice consists mostly of individual tax returns along with a few corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. I also provide monthly compilations and payroll services to various clients. | |

I represent a large regional public accounting firm who is currently looking for tax seniors and tax managers for their Nashville office. - Seniors may specialize in taxation and/or audit and must have at least 3 - 6 years recent experience in public accounting and their CPA. - Managers should have at least 6 -12 years of experience in audit or taxation and be able to mentor staff and maintain quality client relationships.
