| I've lurked on the sidelines for a while and finally got the nerve to jump in. My present life is as an EA and trainer for trainers of adult education courses (i.e. tax schools). I also teach both basic and advanced tax courses and write a tax textbook (Anyone have questions about Arkansas taxes?). I also speak to groups about taxes. Work for H&R Block.
My former "lives" were spent as a family law and litigation paralegal, realtor, self employed writer and book designer, daycare owner, and assistant manager of a Sheraton Hotel in beautiful downtown Rock Island, Illinois. I consider St. Louis, MO my hometown having lived there longer than anyplace else including my homestate of Nebraska. When I'm not into taxes, my husband and I fish, camp and travel. The dog goes with us. The kids are all grown, one on the West Coast and the other on the East Coast.

| Bless you my child. All members from AK are expected to hand out free $50 gift cards from Walmart to everyone on the site. | |

| Welcome, NWArkTaxMama!
Never mind the preacher, he just goes off sometime and it's hard to get him out of the confessional before he's finished the little cruet of wine he snuck in. Things been hard since Vatican II. He just mopes around all day singing, "Stare decisis" to the tune of "Ave Maria." It's just melts your heart.
