| I Have read the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 Summary. Does it remove the annual plan plan limit, so that there is no cap on how much you can contribute to a HSA? i.e. I could contribute my entire year's pay if I wanted to? Or contribute my entire IRA to an HSA? Please Comment | |

The above gives the '07 HSA limits - you'll note there are limits so, no, you can't contribute your entire paycheck. Review topics on this site from a couple weeks ago as there is one that discusses the new rule for using IRA funds toward the HSA limit. | |

| The annual dollar limits are still in place. However, the provision that limits the annual contribution to the annual plan deductible has been removed. | |
