Hello:

I am new to this Board but have already learned quite a lot. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

I am a real estate investor, a real estate and business broker, and a business consultant serving Southern California since 1984. I specialize in residential and investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, avoiding foreclosures, business valuation and business brokerage. I have a Ph.D. in Engineering and an MBA form UCLA.

I am not a CPA but wished I were. I like Tax related subjects. I work with a few Tax Accountants to help their clients in Business valuation and business buy / sell.
