Lot of news on this guy today, making three posts so far. Here's the latest: "Joe Francis, dressed as an unidentified Chinese man, has been threatening to jump from the seventh floor of the Senate Hart Office Building's inner atrium since around 5:45 p.m., according to U.S. Capitol Police." | |

| I was starting to see this Francis guy everywhere. Frankly, I don't know whatever happened to the Chinese fellow, the media seems to have lost interest in the story, so I assume he was talked down. | |
