Reviewing the prior discussions, no credit for golf carts.

I have a client who is sending me (per voicemail last night) a "paper from the US Treasury Dept written to a specific golf cart manufacturer stating that a particular model from a particular manufacturer DOES quailify for the tax credit." PLR??? I'll report back here with details if anyone is interested. If there's a way to upload/attach it, someone will have to show this techtard how to do it.
