| Gentleman came to see me this week who has recently inherited a substantial sum of money. He wants to give around 60K to each of his two daughters in 2008. He gave 30K to one of them back in 2005 but no gift tax return was ever filed. Seems as though I should file that 2005 return but I haven't experienced this situation before. Am I correct? | |
