| Our 8 person firm handles our own FSA through our in-house payroll. Not very complicated. | |

| I use www.105concepts.com, cost to me is <$50 per client per year, and I upcharge to them of course. It's been a good moneymaker. There is a one time charge to you, but it's discounted at shows and seminars, so find one if you're interested. Bizplan/Agriplan might still be around...and someone just mentioned another a couple weeks back. | |

| If it is only 1 - 5 employees and you do payroll in house, I agree with Fun. You should not have to have a formal outside provider since the reporting requirements are easy... | |

| I believe that AFLAC provides this service for both medical and dependent care FSAs but I've never used them.
I thought about adding this service at one time, but I never could figure out how much to charge! Is anyone willing to share how your pricing works?

| Usually insurance companies do this as a courtesy because they want the health insurance, dental, etc. to be funded through them. As JR said, he uses 105 concepts and passes the cost on to the client. I don't do these for my clients as most of my clients are single S/H's in a small S corp that cannot use them.
But how about charging your hourly rate and see how that goes if you want to provide the service yourself?
