Have any of you experienced delays in receiving approved Forms 1116 an/or 1040-X?

I use ATX and they have not yet approved these forms although the IRS has.

Yes, I have!!! I use Taxact and they just released trhe 1040x forms 2 days ago, about 5 days after IRS released it.
