| Are we no longer required to prepare form 8271 for tax shelters? K-1 form 1065 does not indicate tax shelter # where it did last year and Lacerte doesn't have this form in the program this year. | |

Help desk at Proseries stated that IRB 2007-38, page 11, states 8271 no longer required. Just called with that same question this morning. | |
