| Larry, If you slightly modify your cover letter spacing, you can avoid a slip sheet and use double window envelope 9X13 for your organizers. We also enclose a return envelope so they can mail their stuff back for a mail-in. In your letter say......"Mailing return information in the enclosed envelopes has become very popular as it saves you time and allows me to complete your return at the most resonable fee".

| Interesting, DZ. This year I included in the organizer packet for out-of-state clients a FedEx envelope preaddressed and billed to me. In addition to the convenience for the client, it will automatically get an email from FedEx when each one is shipped so that I can track the shipment and know when to expect delivery. -- Larry Hess, CPA, Albuquerque, NM - Talk to me
