If a Corporation furnished the interim CEO with housing, is this compensation to the CEO, and deductible by the Corporation?

Yes, yes.....though someone will cite Sec. 119. It's a good deal; the CEO gets his housing for 35 cents on a dollar plus state tax. You can even gross it up and pay his taxes on it.
