| I had a client inquire about this process a week ago. I see no references from the IRS but I do find several CPA and Law firms marketing this process. Any successes or failures? No opinions just facts if at all possible. One other thing I did read a letter from the Fed defining this process as Roll Over Business Startup (ROBS).
