| Is there any way we can take donations to political parties on a 1120S as a deduction? If yes let me know how? | |

| I think you will find that "donations to political parties" was taken out of the tax code many years ago for any type of tax form. | |

| You might want to check your state law for the 1120S state equivalent form. At least one does allow deductions for political contributions. | |

| I did a TCMP audit for a small legal partnership many moons ago, and the auditor allowed their contributions to various judges running for judgeship.....I don't know how he pushed it past his boss, but he did.
1986 was the last year of the political contribution credit. | |
