| I need to change a 9/30 S corp to a calendar year. Obviously need to file a short year return but what procedure do I follow to accomplish this? Do I need IRS approval or need to file an election to do this? | |

| No permission is need to adopt or change to a calendar year end.
Yes, agree that a short year return will be required. | |
