| C-Corp client has not paid himself a salary in 2006 until December. The Corp. did however pay for his medical insurance throughout the year. The salary he was paid was resonable compensation, but here is my question: Does anyone see a problem with the fact that the salary is paid annually, yet his insurance is paid monthly?
Thank you. | |

| I agree with JR, but must tell you my oft-repeated story of a New York State payroll auditor telling me he looks for situations like this, and then the state will assess interest on the money they feel should have been paid during the year. | |
