| Hello!
I'm a CPA from Birmingham, AL. I work full-time for a utility company, but I'm doing some tax prep work on the side. I found this site when I was searching for an answer about California taxes (some friends/clients of mine moved out there). I'm looking forward to learning from all of you fine folks.

| Welcome - and if you need help with Calif, drop a note. I speak 'southern' as I was born & raised in Gadsden, AL but now live/practice in California.

| Barfly0421, i have passed the cpa in nov. i'm an mba also. go for becker cpa and make sure that you concentrate on the questions practice and try to spend time on reading all the explanations of the answers including why a particular answer is wrong and why the other one is right. that's it. it will take time. | |

| I was in the Army then the US Border Patrol before I ever thought about accounting. Picked up Becker, passed all parts the first time.
I'm walking proof - Becker can help any j@ck@ss pass. Well worth the money.
