An individual began a non-profit organization in 2006. Since inception, the "office" of the non-profit has been in the individual's home. It meets all of the usual "office in home" requirements. Can the individual deduct the value of the home office (utilities, insurance, depreciation, etc.) as a non-cash contribution?

I'm thinking, yes, this is an in-kind contribution assuming that it's a 501c3 of course.
