| New client has a statement from Canada called, Statement of Amounts Paid or Credited to Non-Residents of Canada. Looks like a 1099, but has a number NR4 on top. Where should the gross income figures in both boxes 16 and 26 be reported on the 1040? Probably the other income line, but not sure. In boxes 14 and 24, the income code is 11. | |

| The NR4 is used to report all sorts of different types of payments. It's like a multi purpose 1099.
Check out the codes on the back to see what to do with it. Income code 11 is estate and trust income. NR4 pdf
