| Construction supervisor drives his own truck. He goes to his office 10 miles from home quite often before going to sites. Most jobs are out of his home area, 20 miles + away. Which miles would be deductible? | |

| Mileage from his house to his office are commuting miles, not deductible. Driving from his office to the job sites are most definitely deductible. | |
