| ?? Wondering how that happens? Thinking that perhaps it means that someone else has taken over the debt, you have a sale with the debt relief as the sale price and then pick up your losses that have been suspended...and if there are excess losses, you could take them then. Is that it, or am I on the wrong tree?

| Most likely the losses were financed by nonrecourse debt. Yes, the sale of the investment will cause you to lose all of those losses that were suspended due to the 465 at-risk limitation.
