Are garage doors considered "exterior doors" for the purpose of the residential energy credit?

I would think so, if the garage door meets the 2000 IECC and amendments.

Where can you read about the 2000 IECC and amendments?

Has anyone run across anything that says whether exterior sliding glass doors would be considered doors or windows (subject to the $200 limit)?

There are two websites that answer these questions. They are posted in the thread about 2hrs ago titled something about Air Conditioners and the energy credit. I haven't figured out how to provide the link within my post here for referencing another post. Anyway, I looked at the websites, provided by Death & Taxes and someone else, and they are both good sites.
