| After all of the discussions we've had about tax cheaters and CPA responsibility, I thought some of you might be interested in this case. Note that attorney-client privilege went out the door on this one. [1] | |

| Sorry, forget what the ads say; company policy says no refunds. | |

| maybe I could put em on E-Bay...would that be a short term loss? | |

| I let them use some photographs of me as part of their advertising. The "After" shots. I'm fearful I'm going to get sucked into all this.
Never did get paid. They gave me a years free supply of the product, which I fed to my datsun Nissan. He took off with a french poodle one night, and I haven't seen him since.

| Details??? OK, the truth is I bought em thinkin' they would work but turns out not to be true..grrr...hence the "short" term loss. If they worked then I would have looked forward to a "long" term gain..Right??? | |

| Weird, I used those commercials in some posts here, and in at least one of my writings I spotlighted 'Bob.'
Reminds me of when I was a teen, my buddy would watch daytime quiz shows.....there was this one called 'Dotto' where always the most photogenic, enthusiastic contestant would win.....I said it was fixed, and later it turned out to be true. Speaking of there not being a Santa Claus, did anyone see this piece? http://lawprofessors.typepad.com/nonprofit/2008/11/ny-post-reviews.html

| Bob's got a face guys can relate to I guess.
I hadn't seen that article. I just met with a nonprofit client yesterday, and he asked why there were so many changes to the 990. I should have had that article to show him some fine examples.
